On “Evil Twin” he said “We are the same, b----” Remember in the build up Shady dyed Marshall’s hair blonde just like him. On top of feed him pills and liquor. Once Marshall “kills” Shady he is doing the same s--- Shady would do. k--- people, doing drugs, liquor, etc. Basically relapsing and turning Marshall back into him on some mindfuck s--- Which makes “Head Huncho”, “Bad one”, and Tobey make sense now. It’s not Em or Marshall it’s still Shady. Remember the end of the “Tobey” video? “Temporary” is Marshall predicting his future. Letting his family know he will still be watching over them when gone. Weird placement but still works. “Somebody Save Me” ties everything together. This whole album is basically a “What if” scenario. What if Em never got clean and took his addiction (Shady) even further. Remember on “Recovery” he said he almost made a song dissing Ye and Wayne. Technically, SSM is like a prelude. Hence why the weird placement of the “Guess who’s back (Skit)”. It sounds like the end of an album. So, that’s not Shady on the cover, it could be Marshall. Ties more into the “Trick” element of the rollout. Thinking he’s dead but really he’s not. If only he had a bar about the movie “The Prestige” Lol
Jul 14, 2024 Em hitting on all cylinders.The best streamings days are yet to come so probably going to end a little higher.If Physicals would of been shipped first week he would've done 500k easily with his core fans known for buying physicals.
Jul 14, 2024 I agree, the whole album is just an alternate reality where he gives into his addiction letting Shady back in. Only the ending of GC2 where he calls Paul is the current reality where he talks about the dreams. The whole album is basically saying the death of Slim Shady was the day he decided to get clean.
