Major record labels send instrumentals out for use in TV and productions.Eminem's stuff is usually only sent out after permission has been granted but this guy has the stems to many songs. You also have to remember that back in 2008 all of Eminem's previous work was transferred from tape to digital and from then out everything was digital so it's not out of the reams of possibility that many people have e access to a server with everything on it. Even when Eminem is working in his studio today,there not taking CDs home. Everything will be backed up digitally. This is why to this day Britney Spears and Katy Perry have demos and instrumentals being sold and traded for crazy money. Everything is backed up digitally and accessable if you know the right people.
