Em's flow is unengaging and wayward and the content starts to feel stupid in how he approached it - one because it's going on so long just about fat people lol, two because... it starts to sound like some fitness anthem, him talking about exercising over making excuses... it's just silly. Given the hook and idea, I think it woulda made more sense to have a few verses where he tackled a separate theme each verse. But, just flow and the song... ain't it. Regardless. Am sure he had much better in the tank than that.
