Aug 1, 2024 MMLP2 is a weird album. It has some incredible highs (Bad Guy especially the last verse) and has a lot of nostalgia with all the callbacks to the first MMLP. But he was still kinda doing the pop rapping thing on the album too. I wonder what people would think about the album if it wasn't called MMLP2 though. I actually enjoy the album for the most part. Bad Guy, Evil Twin, Brainless, So Much Better are awesome songs. But the album besides the few callbacks is really nothing like MMLP.
Aug 1, 2024 Lucifer is unreal feels like the business/square dance of this album. f---ing beat knocks. album is a classic and his 3rd best sonically. 4th best artistically
