Sep 8, 2024 Only on the standard, the other one has Slim with the mask, but that one might have more c-m stains tbh since people love Slim
Sep 8, 2024 That’s a great idea actually I did not think of that, there’s even multiple covers. Might just say f--- it and get both
Sep 8, 2024 I don’t know what’s gotten into me lately. I used to think getting CDs was pointless but my friends have been encouraging me to get physical media and now I am addicted to it. It’s honestly more fulfilling being able to hold it in your hands. It makes it feel more special especially when it’s something you already really liked. With digital s--- it’s easy to just forget about it and it feels more boring that way
Sep 8, 2024 I only own Em's these days, some old as the month they dropped like The Eminem Show. I got rid off the rest cause I had too many and it was taking space. I've been thinking about buying vinyls lately, but they are more expensive and it's just the same thing as the CD but featuring a bigger artwork, so idk. I already have 6 Em vinyls 3 are TDOSS though.
Sep 8, 2024 Some people like the sound of vinyls better than CDs. But if you don’t notice a difference then yeah getting the vinyls probably isn’t worth it
Sep 8, 2024 I use Youtube/Spotify most of the time. I barely use the CDs I buy these days, just collect them. I bought 3 CDs of TDOSS so I can bump one and keep the other 2 sealed though. And my vinyls are for decoration/collecting.
Sep 8, 2024 But it would have been better with darker or more hip-hop beats like some of BME (Reunion or the intro Track). I kind of regret we never got Recovery 2. That style had potential if utilised with some dope instrumentals.
Sep 8, 2024 I like it the way it is, that's why it's stadium/radio friendly. We had Relapse right before for the classic beats and rap vibe.
Sep 8, 2024 Vinyls are the s---. They are like works of art, and playing threm, dropping the needle n s---... feels cool af. CDs just plastic n s---, feel like cheap toys, no urge to own CDs like Vinyls. I'm building my vinyl collection best believe!
Sep 8, 2024 I started with CDs and cassettes to record from the radio and I stayed with CDs. Vinyls too expensive. The only reason I still buy physicals is to support/collect/decorate these days.
Sep 8, 2024 It doesn't really matter what some people feel like. They both are same quality, it's just placebo effect for some lmao...
Sep 8, 2024 Death of slim shady still charting on ITunes, Apple, and Billboard after 100 Days! Houdini is still a top 40 Pop Hit
Sep 8, 2024 Yeah, they said sound, like they meant something else. The sound is the same too. Not gonna waste more time to talk to a monkey here, whatever.
Sep 8, 2024 Somebody Save Me is from the perspective of an Eminem who let addiction win and died of that overdose. It's not an event that happens in the story, it is more like a 'what if?' situation. It makes sense to come before Eminem and Shady's confrontation, because that song represents the toll that Shady takes and why Em wants to k--- him. Place it after the "All You Got" skit and it adds to that context, with Shady isolating Eminem the way addictions do, and then Em reflecting on where he would have ended up. On the other side, Temporary is written as a genuine letter to his daughter for when the day comes. That song should be the end of the album, when he steps aside from the story and confronts death honestly and openly. It also starts with the traditional "Everybody asks me" which is a bonus, and ends with Eminem saying "no cussing", which is just perfect as an end point.
Sep 8, 2024 Nicki likes pedophiles, Meg is a cop caller and Bia got a tranny face… please don’t get me started with Cardi
