Nov 17, 2021 1 - Side C was a bad idea. He already milked the whole Alfred thing too much since he couldn't tour. Needs to move on and have a new theme. 2 - Kendrick seems to be dropping in December, no way he will wait more. 3 - Dre's GTA thing will just be for the Online, so who really gives a s---. Best case would be just adding some songs to the GTA V remaster after they just f----- up dropping a bad remaster for the trilogy. So they might just drop the same game with "better" graphics and more Online bs.

Nov 17, 2021 I think the only thing out of all of this Aftermath Takeover stuff that makes logical sense is Dre dropping on the 18th Feb. What better way to promote an album? A performance of his greatest hits at half time where literally MILLIONS of people will be watching and an advert in the commercial break saying "Dr Dre - --- out Friday". That's marketing right there. As for the rest, who knows? Em could drop whenever he wants. Snoop's album has nothing to do with Aftermath. Kendrick's album might be ready, it might not. It's impossible to work out that drop. Where MJB fits into all I have no idea either. So yeah, I'm confident that Dre will drop on the 18th Feb. Unless there is no album and his "next part of his career" is an announcement with nothing to do with music.
Nov 17, 2021 I actually think that the "aftermath takeover" was an actual idea. But maybe they delayed it or the plan got altered because of the superbowl thing. It's suspicious, because silk sonic was going to drop next year and then they switched it back to this month. They probably had to make room for dre's release, if it really comes out during february. So I hate the thought, but maybe Em will release his album after Dre does. And then kendrick got enough time for his release as well next year.

Nov 17, 2021 Revival is even more frustrating when considering how good the last 2 tracks are. The potential and what could've been etc. Even In Your Head had classic potential and really set the mood for Castle/Arose (Always thought Zombie sample was a good idea they just didn't use it 100% right) but unfortunatly the mixing was off and Em's flow and cadence was a miss in that one imo, mainly because of the second verse

Nov 17, 2021 The Ringer And Greatest is some opening. Shock of hearing The Ringer for the first time with everything that came with it and then finally hearing Eminem on a bouncy, pure rap beat again on Greatest. What a moment it was hearing that for the first time.
Nov 17, 2021 I've stopped trying to guess what Em's next move is going to be. It's fun when there are hints or when all of a sudden there seems to be a conspiracy in which everybody around Em start posting random Eminem things on IG or whatever. Like right before Mom's Spaghetti opening. The two weeks leading up to that there were many stuff happening sort of randomly from different people that know and/or have worked with Em, that made it seem like it was all a set up for the new album. But then, nothing happened - except Last One Standing. So now, it's just pointless. And in fact, if Eminem decided to drop a new album this Friday, then it would actually be a f---ing surprise this time because no one is expecting it and because there have been no hints. So I will just stop expecting the unexpected until something solid either leaks or is hinted to us.
