Mar 16, 2025 It’s just that certain users here think everything Kendrick puts out is called a classic by the masses which just isn’t even close to true. The fact that his Super Bowl halftime show got shat on so much contradicts that argument alone. They see a few Kendrick Stans call GNX a classic and think that represents what the majority of people think lmao. The truth is the majority of people like the album but think it’s one of his worst albums and do not think it’s a classic. Most people didn’t call Mr. Morale or d--- a classic either yet these people act like that’s what happened lol. Most people only think GKMC and TPAB (this album’s classic status is already being questioned by a lot of people who think any music with a message is boring) are classics. But apparently 2 albums being called classic = his whole discography being called classic lmao. This dumb s--- they do would be like if I took someone here calling Revival a classic and saying “wOw MaN eVeRyThInG eMiNeM pUtS oUt Is CaLlEd A cLaSsIc wtf!!!” I’m not surprised by this level of delusion these days though, people these days just pick and choose what’s true and false even though the evidence proving them wrong is right in front of their faces. It’s honestly starting to reek of jealousy, I think a lot of these people are just upset their favorite artist doesn’t get praised the way Kendrick does.
