Dec 27, 2021 Majorly disagree. Dude has content to pull from. He just doesn't share much about his personal life. Dude could have songs about Shady Records falling from grace(failed signees), being a business man, intruder breaking into his house, thoughts on his daughters getting married/getting older, new relationships, getting older/friends and colleagues dying, a track talking to Proof and about working with his son, a d12 track, a track with 50, a track about he and his brother's relationship, a track to the younger generation of Detroit rappers thinking he doesn't do enough and his perspective/response, etc. I understand why he doesn't talk about 90% of what I mentioned but there was no limit to what old Em would talk about
Dec 27, 2021 Disagree. He already gave an interview about Shady falling. He doesn't want to talk about his fam and D12 is over. Expect more fun songs and love ones about "some chick" 50 into movies and TV, doubt he will even drop a project again.

Dec 27, 2021 I'm saying these are things he could talk about if he wanted like he did in his early years dip s---. He still has interesting stories and content to pull from his life. D12 could definitely do a serious feature, 50 still does music/could contribute a solid feature, and he's barely mentioned shady records releases not being successful(outside of Radioactive and Our House)nor mentioned feelings on Bobby Creekwater, Stat Quo, Cashis, and Obie.

Dec 27, 2021 With all due respect that's as bad a take as it can be. MMLP2 might be many things, but an impersonation of the OG MMLP it definitely wasn't. Fresh concepts, amazing flows and tying in the themes from the OG album, MMLP2 is highly underrated here. Yeah the beat selection could've been better and certain ideas weren't executed that well but Em rapped his a--- off on the album. Calling it an impersonation of the original is just a bad opinion honestly.
Dec 27, 2021 Life goes on, there are always things to talk about. It just depends if Eminem feels comfortable talking about them. Case in point, b--- original verse vs. the verse we got. Old Em would have kept the content about Joe Budden and MGK. That verse is way better and way more interesting than the verse we got but Em pulled it. Think about the song that "went too far". Guarantee there is a lot of content in that song. He just isn't as comfortable getting personal in songs these days like he was earlier on.

Dec 27, 2021 Haven't played side a in a long a--- time, I'm at "You gon' learn" and Em sounds GOOD . The mixing is great too, unlike the way it was on gospel. His voice doesn't sound overly detailed or too loud on these songs. I hope he'll sound more like this on the next album. Edit: Side b fire too.

His voice and delivery in particular were at an all time low on this album, with So Far and Survival being the worst he's ever sounded, and arguably the worst songs he's ever released. I'd honestly rather listen to a--- Like That than 90% of this abomination.
