Jan 1, 2022 Even songs like My Darling. The imagery and story telling of that song is amazing. Darkness aside (which I don't like, too bland/boring despite the writing), he's barely tapped into that side since Relapse. Its one of his greatest talents as a writer and an artist so you think he would create more story telling songs.
Jan 1, 2022 Yeah, My Darling another good example of what he can do. Not a another music artist in my opinion who can write vividly as him, with painting a picture with his writing. The storytelling songs and lot of Relapse does this very well. Shame he doesn’t really tap into that as much but when he does, normally gold. I can’t see him ever making a concept album or putting out more songs like this because he seems to think everything needs to be related to him or his life.
