Jan 7, 2022 He's given me so much great content I just hope he's happy and confident in his own work now. In saying that the only time he really disappointed me was Revival and he was really defensive about that which was worrying to me because he s--- all.over Relapse.

Jan 7, 2022 It’s his obsession with bars too. When he was defending revival he kept saying things like “you weren’t listening properly”(in the sway interview) and stuff like that. In fact, he also made that point with slaughterhouse in the sway interview as well when he said “you are critiquing these guys who are wordsmiths”.

Jan 7, 2022 He can and he probably hates it. That was a relatively dark period of life he was going through, and Relapse isn't really that good of an album to say that he literally can't hate it. Ofc it's his album, but don't forget that he was in a very dark place during the recording and conceptualization of Relapse and he's fully healed now. Sort of like the dumb s--- you do while going through major emotional trauma which you cringe at later in your life. Not saying Relapse is bad, but also not saying it's that good.
Jan 7, 2022 I’ve been a huge fan since I first heard jdgaf and that was in 98 before SSLP even dropped. I consider relapse to be slightly better than SSLP. SSLP was my favorite till relapse dropped and it remains my very close second favorite. I understand it was a dark period but he can’t f---ing deny the brilliance of that album no matter what the f--- the deal was at the time.

Jan 7, 2022 I mean even if you discard my opinion, you literally have Eminem's words in the Sway interview and at the end of the first verse of In Your Head. Furthermore, people have a tendency to either overdramatize or romanticize a period of their life based on the events during them. By the way, I respect your opinion, but no Eminem album is better than SSLP except TES and MMLP..
