Jan 14, 2022 I f----- with Em's Last One Standing verse heavy, and I f--- with the walkthrough verse heavy, EDPM2 I can give or take (sounds better on speakers), this one idk man I'ma have to listen to this tomorrow with both headphones in cause this s--- is...something
Jan 14, 2022 Its not about picking out. No matter how great the writing might be on the rest of the verse, lines like this stick out like a sore thumb and does ruin your vibe. The worst part is he thinks them through and probably wonders he's got a bar.
Jan 14, 2022 This was weird. Its obvious he tried something 'new' (although its similar to Rainy Days). Not a huge fan of it, but he gave us great features so far so I dunno this is okay I guess. Only part I hate is the rappity part rest is fine, just hope this was a one time thing lol.
Jan 14, 2022 Haven't listened to it yet, but I checked the lyrics(not finished on genius). I found it a bit more interesting than gospel, but does it really sound that bad?
Jan 14, 2022 Love how people are getting defensive because most hate it can’t be Ems fault has to be our fault not understanding
Jan 14, 2022 Strongly disagree with the staccato flows part. If anything, Em's recent features imply the opposite. This verse was a let down but I'm still hopeful for the album
Jan 14, 2022 No one wants to hear this type of verse. He's saying the same s---. Same flow. Same delivery. We want more because we've heard better. This s--- is so lazy. We know he can do better.
Jan 14, 2022 Walkthrough, last man standing, gospel are dope af imo too but , isn't that kinda the general consensus here ?
Jan 14, 2022 Yea I think so too. The end of his first verse on Book of Rhymes, Gnat, Alfred's Theme had pretty good flows. My only problem with Side B was some production choices (Tone Deaf) and lyrically kinda wack (Skylar Grey whipping his a--- with a switch)
