Jan 14, 2022 I'll just say it's another bad collab, Supsuck, nice that you miss me though. Maybe it's a good idea for him to drop clothes and NFTs instead of doing verses for other artists, it hurts the brand less.
Jan 14, 2022 This is his probably his first feature within the last 2 years that I didn’t like off first few listens. I think his problem is his 15 different flow switches, but overall if you car test like I did that s--- sounds fine. Cordae killed it & Em still somehow stayed on beat with them weird switches imo.
Jan 14, 2022 Again, the writing seems good apart from a few bars. And the delivery was great at some points. It was a bit weird having him switch up the flows so much but we know he basically uses features to experiment with flows etc. Definitely prefer Gospel, Walkthrough, Last One Standing. This is better than the Killer Remix which sounds similar so was probably done around the same time. Not a great verse at all though lol I remember when Majesty came out and people were complaining about the fast rap & then he dropped Kamikaze like 2 weeks after, so don’t overreact
Jan 14, 2022 The “actual content” is yet another rehash of stories we’ve heard from him time and again. His delivery is s--- — reminiscent of his terrible verses this year on the Killer remix and the Nas album. Add to this production tweaks for his verse that completely took the edge off a pretty hard beat and an assortment of super cringy puns (coming out of Michelle Obama like their kids?), and there’s real cause for concern about the direction of his forthcoming album. I loved MTBMB Side B and his feature on Grip’s album, but I really hope this is not indicative of what’s to come. Jan 14, 2022 Not worried one bit for the album coming soon. A better judgement of what you’re going to get is his previous albums. The majority of fans were extremely happy with Kamikaze, Side A & Side B so what gives a feature just before an album more weight than his previous 3 albums? Don’t let recency bias fool you. For all we know, Walkthrough could’ve been more recently recorded than this (which was defo in Killer remix studio sessions), but we heard it first for a number of reasons. If Walkthrough came out now you’d be buzzing for next week — so just have a look at the bigger picture. Em doesn’t become trash after one feature, or about to drop a classic because of one either. Enough with the extremes.

Jan 14, 2022 I think Em just enjoying what he is doing, and try not to overthink it, he do what he likes and wants. He can rap in any way how he want but maybe, just maybe he is enjoying it. And as we all know he is never happy at all! He will be never be the person like in Relapse times or MMLP times...
