Jan 15, 2022 Yes but still. Abel is a huge name among the music industry. Dawn FM did not good as I expected it it to.
Jan 15, 2022 if the album is received negatively then the sales will reflect that. People seem to forget that when a album flops. Doesn’t matter how big they are in music, sales will be impacted if the album is s---.
Jan 15, 2022 Even Eminem. Look at how bad Revival was, received and the sales for that album reflected that. Not going to sell if the product is s---, how life works.
Jan 15, 2022 I got the album hype back. Listened to the ft again this morning and its better than I first thought. Didn't need that change of flow in the middle of the song but his flow at the end is fantastic - if we get more of that, then I'd be happy
Jan 15, 2022 I said that cause it went platinum and got the first spot, also sold quite some records if I ain't wrong. I meant it as 'yeah, but they're still giants so they will never really flop' I mean, if somebody else dropped Revival it would've barely gone gold
Jan 15, 2022 Coivd bars in 2022 ? Like we are over that s--- with all the mandatory vaccines and still not being able to end the pandemics lol. What else is still more relevant in the world ? Covid is just still there dude, at least the restrictions and troubles it causes are there. AS for Gospel, it was dope as h---. I'd take an Em album full of those kind of beats and flows and bump it the whole year.
Jan 15, 2022 Man, Em hit #1 with MTBMB selling 290k without physicals, without pre-announce and Darkness as first single the day the album dropped. Move on.
Jan 15, 2022 yeah, but if it was dropped by Adele it'd have gone diamond or at least few times platinum easily and also probably would be received nice reviews by many. It's not the quality of the product that makes the product sell or even received good or bad for that matter.
Jan 15, 2022 Plus he’s literally still breaking records with streaming numbers and all people change the narrative to is “first week sales” the dude DON’T promote his music….
