You have to take into account that everyone who likes the song doesn't have the same thought process that you did when you were a hardcore stan. And who lashed out at you for not liking the song? I've never targetted anyone who says he doesn't like this song or that song. For me, it always has been "to each his own". I just don't like it when people bring the "oh you don't listen to enough music" to prove their point.

Aug 6, 2021 Rap is a trash music by definition, to be honest. If you want to listen to good hip-hop, that'd be just an instrumental hip-hop. Dudes, who found out that literary devices exist, say silly stuff over the beat, thinking they reinvented the poetry, that their words and thoughts are something unique or unorthodox, something the world has never heard before, while it's nothing more but a stump of music. Doesn't matter what a wordplay, a punchline or a whole song is about, taco bell or technical singularity, it's all f---ing lame anyway.
Aug 6, 2021 And I don't care if this is technically impressive or not, I am done with this. We're not in the 2014-2017 era anymore. He can do a lot better than this and proved that a countless times in the last 3 years. Lord Above, Adentures of Moonman, even FNC s----s on this verse tbh. He shouldn't sacrifice musicality for impressive wordplay/punchlines or rhyme schemes. This flow/delivery on Fav b---- is what I want from him at this point. Still have high expactations for his upcoming album though...

Aug 6, 2021 Not a huge fan of it either. Ems verse is pretty good but the hook is f---ing terrible and almost ruins the song IMO.
Aug 6, 2021 I think Ems verse is really good and a lot of people hating on it will end up changing their minds with more listens in the future. I will agree it's not the most socially pleasing verse ever but I think Em rode the beat as good as you would want and his voice sounded the best since I Will from side A.
