Jun 22, 2022 No idea why people want Eminem to have albums full of features, Or any artist that you enjoy listening too. Should be used for special occasion or when you feel like it needs it. Specially an artist like Eminem who writes and raps so much and is at his best creating material from his own mind and thoughts, so him having a feat verse or hook should feel like a big moment. Rap features on his albums are pointless imo, just always seem to be filler tracks for the most part, b---- please 2 and Guilty Conscience are the only ones I enjoy and added to his albums. Pop is the worse sound Em has ever tapped into, so don’t get when people say he should collab with this pop Artist when the track will be 100 percent generic and have awful beats. If I had my way, I would have one or two feats from an artist who can sing and make that song much bigger with a topic or concept in mind and rest should all be Eminem.
Jun 22, 2022 One big, spectacular Forever-type of song per album would be enough. Much better than a couple of songs with Royce who is getting worse and worse, especially writing-wise.
Jun 22, 2022 The short version is that Em is in the 2nd half of his career and he talks about how much he respects so many artists new and old but never does anything with them. Depending on the song topic he can definitely be better by himself but if he's going to continue to rap for the sake of rapping then he should have enough competition on his records to make him actually try. As for the pop features I just personally think collabs with a select few could be good if it wasn't always the same cookie cutter formula with bad beats that he does with those kinds of artists.
Jun 22, 2022 I want around 5 songs with features, depending on the length of the album. I dislike when there's a bunch of rappers on the same song. It feels more special when it's 2 or 3 rappers and not a cypher like song.

Jun 22, 2022 The collabs might be solid but I wouldn't say It was thanks to Royce. On songs like Not Alike, Yah-Yah, or I Will, he is hardly necessary and just needlessly overstretches the songs. I don't even pay attention to his verses, as they are so bland, instead waiting for the others to come in.

Jun 22, 2022 Jeez. I forget how bad the Lighters song is. Forget it was trying to be radio hit for the sake of it and a group called ‘Bad Meets Evil make the most, poppy cutter song of all time. The beat is horrendous, verses are b--- average for them and also has one of the most annoying hooks and voices of all time in Bruno Mars. Wasn’t it Tyler the Creator that said when he hears Bruno Mars, he wants to punch his face in, I can see why. The EP was cohesive and solid until that song as well, takes you right out of the album that song. Terrible all round.
