May 23, 2021 SSLP is his most cohesive concept album in my opinion. It flows together and connects. What you said kinda reminds me of how Wayne will have all these mixtapes and "hold over" albums like Funeral and IANAHB to get people hyped for the next "Tha Carter" series album. Maybe Em is doing something similar with his latest projects, minus the mixtape part. Ngl though...It's not gonna be easy for Eminem to top the charts in this new "sing songy" era of rap without some outside help from people like Skylar Gray, Ty Dolla Sign, or even Lil Baby. Who knows though? I personally would love to see Em spitting over more Alchemist or Madlib type production like on Stepdad for his next project.
