Aug 12, 2021 Yeah we thought it was going to drop during november or december. It was weird for me when it finally dropped in January. It felt more like: "oh, okay nice" than: "YES! HERE IT IS!!!" To sum it up: I think the hype died down because we didn't know s---, but some people were still looking out for it.

Aug 12, 2021 I’m not getting hyped for it. But discombobulated was proof that Eminem knows relapse obtained a following over the years . And he finished it and enough material for even a third album. The music is just sitting there. He could just make a statement saying “this album was recorded before recovery and it’s not for everyone. I got something else coming later” so little effort just to put it out . And stating before hand what the album is and that’s not his current music would stop a lot of back lash.
