Jul 14, 2022 I don't like it or hate it. I don't really care about CC2. I'm just buying it since it will be part of his discography. This could have been a digital playlist perfectly, just like the Expandeds. I can just change the artwork if I listen to it on my phone, which I doubt since we have heard all the songs except 1. And the 2 new songs aren't really replayable anyway.
Jul 14, 2022 I heard Paul supposed to drop his only fans link 8/5 too according to B*** if you’re interested
Jul 14, 2022 Curtain Call theme and how it tied in his previous two albums before that was perfect and artistic, along with When In Gone that was a fitting song for it, fits well in his discography and is looked back on fondly. This does not, as you said , it’s part of his discography, people will look back at this just as they did with first CC. This is lazy, no matter how you disgard it.
Jul 14, 2022 lol no way this will have the impact CC had, this will just make his biggest songs from the last decade even bigger, but no way this will stay on the charts like the other one which had some of his best songs.
Jul 14, 2022 My problem with the cover is that it looks like a mixtape cover… other than that I don’t hate it
Jul 14, 2022 Completely missed what I was saying. Like how your mind goes to impact, hits, charts and numbers, instinct. I was talking about how the CC theme and how it was perfect concept to end the theme of his previous two albums and fits in his discography . f--- you on about?
Jul 14, 2022 CC made sense cause he wanted to quit if I remember right. Now he just wants to release another greatest hits, I don't see why there has to be some deep theme for a f---ing compilation artwork lol. I'm more concerned about him adding flops like King and I to it for no reason.
Jul 14, 2022 The title ”Curtain Call” made perfect sense, continueing the showtheme after TES and Encore. And as u also said, he was basically ready to quit. This time, there hasnt been a showtheme, and im pretty sure he is not ready to quit. Yet they call it Curtain Call anyway, and for some reason pick a pinball theme right out their a----s.. it makes no sense.. on top of it, it’s childish and lazy.. and to answer you about the Elvistrack, it’s on here simply because it is considered one of the three new songs, it just got released beforehand like singles usually do.. yes, it was om the Elvis OST but that makes no difference
Jul 14, 2022 I understood that, that's why I said he was ready to quit (end the show). This is just for money, but I don't mind it, it's just a greatest hits in 2022. People go back to the original one because he was huge back then and people still cared about CDs. I guess this will come and go real quick and only us Stans will remember it was released. The Elvis song was mid, and it doesn't deserve to be part of a greates hits lol, it didn't even chart or make any noise at all.
Jul 14, 2022 Curtain Call 'theme' was reusing the artwork and concept from previous albums because Em was a drugged up mess. You can call It perfect and artistic all you want but that was a genuinely lazy move. He probably put more work into CC2, whether you like the choices made or not. More to the point, who cares? It's a compilation album.
Jul 14, 2022 RELOADED would be perfect, as It is just hits we already know. And the game-themed cover would fit nicely too.
