Jul 18, 2022 The repetition is certainly a factor. It's probably the most obvious bar in a song full of laboured, drug-addled bars. I don't think it's standout terrible, but most of the rhymes are shoddy, especially compared to Eminem's normal standard. You lied to me dad, and now you made mommy sad And I bought you this coin, it says number one dad That's all I wanted, I just want to give you this coin I get the point, fine, me and mommy are goin ... that is pretty terrible rap writing. The song still works though, because the emotion is reinforced by how much of a mess he is.
Jul 18, 2022 The writing overall is undeniably a cut below the standard he set on MMLP and generally upheld on TES. But there's nothing particularly shoddy about the Sweden line, so singling it out seems kinda silly. As an aside, it's interesting that the entire song was apparently written in 2003, at least according to Wiki.
