Jul 19, 2022 paul hasn't ever allowed streaming performances lol. em has performed at multiple festivals which streamed all the artists but not em.
Jul 19, 2022 Yeah, but back in the days it made sense because of DVDs/Blurays, now there's no reason to not let people watch every now and then. I remember watching that concert for Valor thing with Rihanna.
Jul 19, 2022 Absolutely unrelated to the CC2 supposed tracklist, but since it's leading nowhere.... Yesterday I found a relatively new Reaction channel on Youtube of a group of friends who are between 19 and 22 years old. They are Lil Wayne fans. It was really nice to see how as the channel progressed and Stans started to ask for more and more Eminem (and they saw how the numbers went up compared to their other videos) they became more and more aware of Em's talent and now after a year and a half, some of them are now convinced Em is the GOAT. Even if they still bump Lil Wayne more. Also, what was extremely surprising to me (and it isn't the first time I've noticed that) is how they connect a lot more with post-hiatus Eminem music than what we think was his prime considering they weren't even alive or were like 2 or 3 years old when MMLP or TES were released. They lost their s--- to songs like Cold Wind Blows, Stay Wide Awake, Best Friend, Chloraseptic Remix, etc. But when presented with White America, they sort of vibed to it and appreciated the cadences and aggression in his voice but didn't find it particularly special, same with Till I Collapse. So maybe Em is doing something right afterall. And for all we want him to sound like 2002 Em, he might have updated his sound in a way that may not be as appealing to long time fans like most of us, but maybe it is for centennials.
Jul 19, 2022 The problem with Youtube reactions is that a lot of them just overreact for views. I rarely watch a negative reaction to an Em song lol everything is amazing to them.
Jul 19, 2022 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKC725227kUrIiW-52TESyw I'd strongly suggest you watch their Em reaction in order, so you can feel how they started loving his music more and more. Being very skeptical at first and then slowly becoming Stans. In the first videos they don't catch s---. 90% of the bars go over their heads. But they start to understand his music and catch more bars as they react to more of his music.
Jul 19, 2022 I think I've been blessed with enough intelligence to be able to tell whether people's behaviour or reactions are genuine or not. That why I have never ever watched No Life Shaq.
Jul 19, 2022 Most eminem reactions are so cringe, its just a black guy jumping on the hype of 'a black guy reacting to white rappers' and acting like they're incredible. They barely explain or talk about anything just shout for 10 minutes.
Jul 19, 2022 Not everybody can breakdown bars and music. That's why they're called Reaction Videos and not Bar Breakdown Videos, you fool. Plus I've seen and followed enough channels to know that a lot of people become great at understanding bars and doubles/triples after a year or more. Scriptwork and Stevie Knight for example. If you watch their first Eminem related videos you'll see they catch maybe 50 or 60%. And now they barely miss any.
Jul 19, 2022 Apart from Recovery (too monotous) and Revival (throw as much s--- as possible and see what sticks) he has well known what to do. Outside this forum, MMLP2 is loved and respected. Many people find It relatable. Obviously his post-Revival s--- slaps too. (Well, for the mainstream audience Recovery slapped too but I still think the album relies on shouting do much because he was so desperate to do new TES full of Till I Collapse's. He was lucky most people loved that monotous style).
Jul 19, 2022 Nah its called people jumping on the hype train and acting like they love s--- to grow their channel
