I can’t imagine a love song in accents or what ever in that style, wouldn’t make sense with the content he was doing at that time and him basically trashing that whole style in every song and interview he mentions Relapse. Maybe in the same vein as So Bad or could be before Relapse with Careful What You Wish For, My Darling tone etc. One of them anyways.
Jul 30, 2022 Lack of new music is intriguing though. King and I was just a throwaway (how that ended up on a Greatest Hits album I don't know). D2LBC was meant for the Mount Westmore project and now this. From the guy who put out 3 albums in 2.5 years recently. Either he's got writer's block again, doesn't like the stuff he has done recently or he's saving it for another run after this and his Hall of Fame induction.
Jul 30, 2022 Was thinking this as well.. im glad we get this track with 50, i like the snoop track, elvistrack is whatever.. i can see them thinking like ”it’s basically a new song, throw it on there”.. but none of these three songs were new in the sense that they were made for this project.. kinda weird that all of the ”new” tracks are throwaways one way or another.. makes u wonder really
