Aug 24, 2022 Nope, that s--- is actually part of his music that feels soulless to me too. There’s just something about his music since 2010 that feels strange and I don’t know what it is or how to describe it. I didn’t really grow up listening to Em’s old music so it’s not like I’m nostalgic for that or anything. I’m not saying his new music is bad either. I think most of it is mediocre, with lots of gems as well. I know my explanation here might not make much sense, but that’s why I’m not a music critic lol. I’m not critiquing Em hoping he will see this, I’m just putting my thoughts out hoping some people can relate.

Aug 24, 2022 Yeah I'm not that hyped about it, Em's flow isn't what it should've been on a Kanye collab. At least it's something new in this drought but still, not what you would want from Em and surely not what you would want from a Kanye and Em feat.

First time he gets an Em verse and he most likely just bought the remix from Kanye since he wasn't going to use it anyway and asked Em's team for the ok. You see him playing the songs for the artists, picking the who goes on each song and them laying their verses sometimes even there with Khaled. I expected way more from an Em feature on a Khaled song tbh. Something like track 2 which may be dope or wack these days, but it's way more interesting.
