Sep 3, 2022 MMLP2 is just a mess cohesively and has a million different sounds, such wasted potential with how good his writing was back then. Most of the songs on its own, are good with some of his best highs in his career but just a mess overall and doesn’t fit the concept of the album. Survival is a great song for instance but makes no sense being on the album and then you go from a rock, recovery inspired ballad too a zany, rap infused song like Rap God to a Cheesy, singing, love ballad like Stronger Than I Was and then goes too a heartfelt Song about his Mom, to then Jokey, rock infused songs and then Slim Shady type of tracks etc. Just all over the shop. Album that was constructed didn’t make sense, the title never did and then the concept he wanted to achieve with the album, was a miss too. Felt like a collection of random songs from down the years he was recording just thrown together, thought of the title and theme, later down the line.

Sep 3, 2022 Side B has grown off me a lot in the last few months. I only listen to discombobulated, favourite b----,these demons , zeus and the second half of book of rhymes. Other then that I find it boring.
