Some people might look like haters, but really they are fans who wish their favorite artist would do better. I think a true fan is someone who isn’t afraid to criticize their favorite artist. If artists were never criticized, music just wouldn’t be as good. I rate albums on their listening experience as a whole front to back. For instance since you bring up Kanye, I thought Donda absolutely s----d because it was filled to the brim with boring or unfinished songs that didn’t need to be there. If he just kept the best songs and made the album a lot smaller it would be a good album. Regardless of that, I’m still a Kanye fan. Same thing for Eminem’s Kamikaze with me. If he removed the relationship songs and Venom, I think Kamikaze would be a great, cohesive project. I’m an Eminem fan, not a hater. I even loved his recent Use This Gospel remix. I know you said this wasn’t aimed at me, I’m just explaining myself. I don’t spend time over-analyzing music either. It’s this simple: if I can listen to the album front to back while liking most of the tracks and feeling that it’s at least somewhat cohesive, I think it’s a good album. I liked Kamikaze, but I have a hard time thinking it’s good because it’s such a small album that me not liking like 4 songs really brings the experience down. I will admit I was being hyperbolic when I said half the album sucks though, I just thought it fit best in that welcome to S80 meme lol

A fan knows eminem best and knows when he's dropping the ball with garbage music Em dickriders honestly are the worse- like the man can't do no wrong and the fact you even criticize the golden boy means you're an evil hater!
Sep 19, 2022 Well, he keeps on making them lately, and some are very corny like Stronger Than I Was. The Jessie collabs and Normal just don't belong in Kamikaze. Normal is whack and the others are corny. Venom is also out of place, but I like the song.
