Smh I think what Em doesn't get despite hearing all the critics is that people don't care about him rhyming a million sylllables. Rap never was about just using complex words and doing gymnastics like he says. It's just as importantly (and even more importantly) about delivering a message. And contrary to what he claims, he is absolutely not serving us the same thing he used to. Not that he should. But he's never been this obsessed about lyricism. Not everything had to rhyme or have a deeper meaning earlier on in his career. The words spoke for themselves.
