Many reasons why he wasn’t on this, most likely there wasn’t a song for Eminem to be on, or had him in mind for anything on the album. Surely by now you know, the least that Em is involved with artists albums on his label, the better. Butchered Slaughterhouse and Yelas albums in the past with him being to hands on.

He has said that more than once In interviews that he felt that was a time to try to spread out and get more fans and it didn’t work . And yelawolf had full control over love story and the only feature on the entire album was Eminem .i just feel like if you’re goat status with your own label put the artists on your album , be on theirs . Make music , that’s your job . It’s just weird to me to sign artist and not push them to sell records . Like what’s the point . Eminem isn’t making money off shady artists . So why even have a label
Nov 15, 2022 I think it’s just Yela being loyal to Em. There’s a skit I remember on the album with Em basically saying you need love songs and all that on the album. Direction of the album felt like Eminem structured it and was the same for SH too which we know is a fact. Love Story is a classic as like you said, Yela had full creative control. Eminem has not signed Boogie to be a world wide star. He’s on the label as he likes the artist and it gives him a platform to release his albums on.
