Aug 30, 2021 Not gonna lie. Cds should have died with Yeezus. Everything can be digital now (music, movies, videogames) I only buy Em CDs nowadays, and it feels weird to me buying phisycal stuff these days.
Aug 30, 2021 I still prefer listening to physicals. There are some pluses: listening to CD makes You kind of forced to listen to AN ALBUM, not a tracklist, and embrace the whole experience planned for you by the artist. When I listen to things online, it is too tempting for me to automatically get rid of everything which is not catchy enough to grab my atttention right away. I know, sb in Kanye's section said something like: "Donda is good, I saved 16 tracks". Like, really? The album is out for like a day, and you have already flushed 1/3 of it? How much time did you have to taste the music? I don't blame this person, as I do the same thing with digital music. That is why I still listen to CDs. It is more intimate and complete experience to me. (of course, I can programme my audio player to skip some songs but I do it only later when I know an album throughoutly).
Aug 30, 2021 Like where the Kanye stans at? You gotta admit that in it's current state, Donda isn't very good. It's very obvious Kanye is going to be tweaking the album over the next few days/months. Like, cmon that thing sounds so unlike something Kanye would put out.
Aug 30, 2021 When it comes to the album. I listened twice and I don't feel it much. 3rd one later. But I hate forcing myself to like something just cause I really liked that artist. CDs occupy space, and their cases often end up damaged. Sometimes even before you receive it. They also come with smaller booklets these days to save money and paper Look at blurays too, last one I bought came in cheap plastic featuring the recycle logo and no booklet. They pretty much telling you where to throw them these days lol
Aug 30, 2021 Actually, You convinced me. I will order some decent speakers for my notebook and buy Donda right now (although, I guess for the time being it is not available anyware?). I don't feel like waiting anyway.

No one really cares if his album is number 1 in a million countries. Just posted a random chart record about Ye on here. What am I meant to think about that? Just stop.
