Sep 4, 2021 Here is an early tracklist of MMLP written in his book for anyone who wanted to see. Look at the bottom left corner.
Sep 4, 2021 Violence is Look like early working titles to me. Who Knew was called curfew, Iam obviously The Way I’am, h--- Freezes is HFO. I remember seeing interview after SSLP came out and Paul was talking that Em was working on next album all ready and mentioned a track called Mom, which could be unreleased track I guess and mentioned he working with Fred Durst which I’m presuming is the Turn Me Loose track in which you hear a bit of the Who Knew verse first on that track and pretty sure Violence is Bad Influence.
Sep 4, 2021 I’m talking about songs like “jimmy brian and mike”, “let us live”, “violence, and “mom”. Plus the limp bizkit song you are referring to is “our house”. Which has been leaked and it’s another song paul rosenberg talked about being on the album along with Mom. Again, further proof he had more than just 2 unreleased mmlp songs.
Sep 4, 2021 Jimmy Brian and Mike is the end of rhyme scheme that finishes just above the parts you talking about if you look closer to the top left, and lot of them seem like working titles. Just had the lyrics down on the page and gave them a reference title. Most of the Lyrics are from Who Knew and has the the title of curfew at the top. So we won’t really know how much he recorded or left off.
Sep 4, 2021 Yes. Completely forgot about that one. Also he mentioned a song called “Angry Blonde”. John_Banana wrote a nice reddit post analyzing that one.
Sep 4, 2021 The Way I Am was the second to last song to be written and recorded for the album, so that is a different song for sure.
Sep 4, 2021 Mad that what ever is out there or not. Tracks left off or what ever is far, few and between. I guess what ever he was recording, writing and making back then, was a gold mine he was falling on. Where as now, we know for his albums since his comeback in 09, he is recording like 80 to 100 songs for every album and picking the best out of the bunch it seems which for me is a big problem with his albums and pacing. Hardly ever capturing a song in a time capsule like he did back then. You can tell he had that moment with The Ringer though. Doesn’t feel like random track he recorded and gone ok, this is cool, it’s on the album. That track feels like he captured a moment in time, natural and out came gold from the end of it.
Sep 4, 2021 It's more due to the fact that tracklistings require finished songs for the most part, there'll still be tens of songs worth of drafts with 1 or 2 verses and maybe a hook for each project that don't get mentioned because they're not full actualised thoughts like the others.
Sep 4, 2021 Em’s photographer posted this. Definitely seems like a video set.. It’ll be dope if it’s for Em’s upcoming project tho
Sep 4, 2021 Now we got drake having his album free for Spotify for a week. Smh the fight is fixed. Also that stuff you just mentioned isn’t the same as a bundle
Sep 5, 2021 I don't blame Em for not wanting to leave his house anymore I get second hand embarrassment looking at that video great song though
Sep 5, 2021 One of Em's classic gangsta records. Club b-----r too since they say Em doesn't have them.
Sep 5, 2021 Ive posted something to this effect before but man i wish em would do anniversary releases like this: https://www.metallica.com/store/metallica-the-black-album-remastered-deluxe-box-set/REBADLXBS.html look at that s---. for one album they are putting out a boxset including "14 CDs and six DVDs featuring unreleased content (live shows, rough mixes, demos, etc)," ridiculous
