Jul 24, 2023 I don't disagree with your point at all. Taking time is not always the best. It depends on how each artist's brain works. Some artists actually benefit from some down time to live life, go out more, take some vacations, spend time with friends, etc. And that could re-energize them and give them new ideas. Em seems to improve when he's constantly dropping. SSLP, MMLP, 8 MILE, TES.... but then he flopped with ENCORE. Then, RELAPSE, RECOVERY, MMLP2. REVIVAL, KAMIKAZE, MTBMB A, MTBMB B. Hopefully this time it'll be different.
