Jul 24, 2023 The lyricism alone on Revival meets and surpasses SSLP, MMLP, and TES. The rhyme schemes and syllable placement is almost incomprehensible to the normal human brain. The lyrical acrobatics on songs like Remind Me, Heat, and Offended are unparalleled across the genre, underground or above ground. The subject matter is raw and vulnerable, perhaps even more honest than MMLP was. The only thing that holds it back for me is the woke political content. That’s what makes it worse than MMLP to me.
Jul 25, 2023 I remember the first time listening to this song bopping my head amazed at the bars and then the chorus kicked in and I sat up and shook my head in disbelief. Think it was my lowest point as an Em fan and I never went back to that track ever again.

Jul 25, 2023 I liked his voice and rapping on most of the songs. Just the choruses and many instrumentals s----d. What is more, we should have never heard the Heat, Need Me or Remind Me. I still like it more than Recovery though, at least not every song sounded the same.
