Jul 29, 2023 Those Kinda Nights is horrible except for the hook which isn’t even by Em In Too Deep has to be one of Em’s corniest songs of all time Yah Yah hook is so annoying. Stepdad is terrible Farewell. Same. Marsh and Little Engine depend on your tolerance for dumb s--- that day tbh That’s a lot of damage for an album, just like Kamikaze with the songs that were bad and didn’t even fit on the album. I enjoy the rest.

Jul 29, 2023 Eminems obsession of an album needs a mixture of everything will always be his biggest negative in his career and doubt it will ever change if he ever releases more albums. It’s how you get these mid songs, lukewarm reception and mixed reviews of his albums. He still has great highs but everything below that falls under ok to bad. Last time he had a vision and concept , so to speak was Relapse and after the reaction that got, he quickly resorted to his tried and tested formula and hasn’t taken a risk since.
Jul 29, 2023 Relapse was 90% comedy that’s far from a good mix. It had a concept, but just cause he overdosed, it’s not like Em is thinking about concepts. Still a classic, Supsuck. But that album has flaws we choose not to hear or think of. Remove the goofy songs and the album would have 2 tracks

Jul 29, 2023 I liked Marsh when it first came out but idk now I just hate it. It sounds like a bad Travis Scott imitation on the hook and beat along with verses filled with nothing. The beat is also annoying. Then Side B has Tone Deaf which is also kind of the same thing minus the Travis Scott comparison
