He set off the trend of that kind of music to be popular after that as that song was everywhere. The singles from Em Show were the typical s--- he was releasing that fitted the standard formula. In hindsight, he should have swapped it for Superman as that song is annoying and out of place on the album but makes sense, why back then it never got a video or was a single.
