Aug 17, 2023 I was probably 14 or 15ish during his run and it was crazy. Eminem's music was everywhere. I remember when MTV actually did Music Videos...Eminem almost always had the #1 video on TRL. You just about couldnt turn the radio on without some Eminem song playing. Man I wonder how social media wouldve reacted to his run in those days. They try to cancel him these days over some of those songs...but imagine if Twitter was around during the MMLP.

Em was like the big controversial topic lol I remember my dad hearing mmlp and being like its crazy hes saying this stuff then him listening too it lol was like a big bonding thing for him and i. I remember when 8 mile came out so many older people went and saw it like friends parents who didnt care for hip hop and they loved it. Em was literally the current taylor swift back then
