Sep 4, 2023 Doesn’t sound like Nicki Minaj to me at all except for the part in the verse where she says b---- and sis but that’s just because Nicki says that s--- so much. If anything, when she raps, she reminds me more of Kendrick Lamar and/or Baby Keem. Also some sprinkles of her late friend xxxtentacion. Nicki is obviously an inspiration to her though. I think she sounded more like Nicki rapping on that “Attention” song anyway, but she also mentions Nicki in that song and calls her the hottest. None of that detracts from the fact that I think “Paint The Town Red” is a good, fun, and catchy song. Doja has a unique voice that sets her apart from Nicki and Lil Kim
