Nov 2, 2023 I don’t know, probably. What I mean is that the fan passion is dwindling. Most people aren’t passionate enough about new Eminem releases to make fake s--- anymore. A lot of Eminem’s core fanbase is getting too old for that s--- anyway. There will still be fake covers and snippets here and there but it won’t be as common as it once was. Not to mention that this forum’s popularity is dwindling as well. Less and less people are coming back here for new Eminem. I don’t even think this thread will blow up that much when Eminem’s new album releases.

Nov 2, 2023 It's a nice theory which happens to look like it lines up, but not true. The truth is, they're referring to MMLP3 @ 'slim shady trilogy', they said 'slim shady' trilogy to not give it away too much, aka if they said 'for a marshall mathers trilogy', it's a bit obvious. But it got people talking and they knew people would spot it. And, that's why the merch was only 48 hours. So as to not distract too much from album drop. It was just to get the hint out, some attention and ofc a lil sales craze, but mainly - they're not gonna be confusing n pushing merch on album day, hence, it's 48 hours - Tuesday & Wednesday - then a day of rest/settle the dust @ today - then the album - which comes tomorrow. Like I said, they're experimenting with timing of marketing for this one a bit. They were a bit underwhelmed on the last couple of releases @ Side A n B, sales-wise, so whilst it's still a surprise drop... they've gotten Em's name circulating a little earlier and dropped hints earlier, constant tweets n lil drops @ sauce n merch, then the album.
