Dec 14, 2023 I agree with this sentiment. Please, remember everyone, landlords took the time to build you the 300 square foot apartment you live in. They took time to paint the baseboards the same color as the walls. A meager 20% tip come rent time is only right. Don't be greedy. You only pay 3000 dollars a month, think of all the anguish and hardships your landlord has to go through to enable you to live the life of luxury that you've grown accustomed to.
