Just because they packaged it with Side A for marketing, with that whole deluxe edition bs to claim sales and re-sell both as one. It was another fkn album. But anyway yeah 3 years, still a while. Does that mean MMLP2 isn't its own album? Or any sequel? They sold it together to boost sales of f---ing side a. As many artists have done recently, the whole 'deluxe' s--- is a f---ing marketing ploy. Side B is a new album.
