If he said it's not a new album; that implies that it's what it's sold as aka left over tracks from Side A - added, to a deluxe. Which it is NOT. It is an album worth of NEW material, made, as a new album, CONFIRMED by the artist himself. So what do you have? 1. new material 2. an album's worth of it aka minimum tracks being xyz 3. the artist SAYING 'this is new material, a new album'... And you think it's NOT, because they packaged the new album/sequel, with the 1st as a sales tactic?... f---ing r-----ed.
