Jan 5, 2024 “Legacy” from MMLP2 goes so hard to me, especially that third verse (aside from a few lines) ITS THE BODY BAG GAME b---- IM SUPPLYIN COFFINS
Jan 5, 2024 New Em song most likely though And Juice was dope. No way he didn’t keep at least 1 song by him for this
Jan 5, 2024 No one listens to radio or watch music channels. Wake up! Numbers on Internet verify what people want to hear. You can't just push a song down people's throats through radio or music videos on TV any more.
Jan 5, 2024 You still hear the songs outside or at shops and stuff. Some of these ‘Eminem hits’ people mention here aren’t known at all lol
Jan 5, 2024 That's just record labels spending millions to get the songs heard thooo If you hear a song enough times you'll start to like it coz you recognise it and s---, it's all brainwashing politics lol
Jan 5, 2024 Songs still blow up organically. Eminem of all people doesn’t need a record label to spend millions to get his songs heard. If he actually put out a good, catchy hit it would easily blow up organically. The problem is he’s not very good at making hits anymore and honestly should probably stay away from chasing hits at this point in his career unless he wants to embarrass himself more than he already has
Jan 5, 2024 At this point Eminem should probably take the route Nas is going but that’s not gonna happen
Jan 5, 2024 Lol, I don't know ONE SINGLE song by Taylor Swift, as I don't care for this type of music. Doesn't mean her songs aren't hits.
Jan 5, 2024 You could go d--- near anywhere in the US, pick any random Taylor Swift hit you want, and ask the people there if they know it or not and most would know it. Now try the same thing with f---ing “Darkness” by Eminem or “Lucky You” by Eminem ft. Joyner Lucas and not nearly as many people will know what the f--- you’re talking about. I’m using those songs as examples because they’re hits according to people here.
Jan 5, 2024 I mean Lace IT could be a popular radio hit if it was pushed. You guys don't understand that Em's team doesn't really do Payola anymore to push his s--- to radio nor does he market his songs. Guy doesn't do any interviews and barely shows his face. Contrast him vs Drake and Taylor with how many shows they do and appearances they make. Em actually sells way more in relation to how much work he puts into it vs them. The guy just doesn't want to be that big anymore and I don't blame him.
