Feb 6, 2024 I’m excited. All these people exposing themselves. it’s very reminiscent of after revival. we got all the battle rappers all out and about showing their true colours. King Los a whole a--- embarrassing n----- lol reason why I’m excited is because after revival went into making kamikaze and I love Eminem with his back against the wall. Everyone against him. Because when everyone is against him, he gets more powerful. I really can’t wait for him to drop something and reply. It’s going to be insane. Them lot just opened a can of whoop a---, a Pandora’s box, a sleeping giant.
Feb 6, 2024 IMO Closest thing I would say is probably Amityville. Mostly because of Bizarre. Also don’t you even dare suggest Business or Square Dance are mid.
Feb 6, 2024 By Eminem's standards in 2000 they wouldn't even have been album-worthy. He'd have released them as bonus tracks or elsewhere. Amityville is a classic even with Bizarre on it. Without him (as in my edit), it's easily a top 10 Eminem song.
Feb 6, 2024 Tbf I was being kinda controversial there, albeit focusing more on the replay value of said songs. Looking at it again, I'd have Remember Me over SWYS, but I've always really enjoyed WTMS, even D12's verses. Remember Me is a good song, but it's not one I go back to often. Eminem and Sticky Fingaz' verses are ridiculous, but the other dude's verse? The hook? The beat? Meh. Either way, TES is slightly better than MMLP for me. Don't get me wrong, both are classics and MMLP has some of his best songs ever, but I prefer his style on TES. We're really splitting hairs at this point tho, like literally decimal places
Feb 6, 2024 TES with the midish tracks replaced by DN and other 2001 (or at least 2001 style) songs ≈ MMLP: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJNB5-SYMAlQGzfpWoG1CCDoIvIwLIWQF Official TES doesn't quite measure up, and is obsolete in my universe
Feb 6, 2024 Imagine Eminem dying his hair blonde at 51 and rapping about viaagra and pinching nurses a----s in in the Retirement home
