Sep 26, 2021 Yeah exactly. In my ranking MTBMB will be as the project as whole rather than side a & b - which is how it’s intended. MTBMB as a whole isn’t far off the length of MMLP2 either So yeah, it’s definitely been long enough - 618 days since MTBMB; 282 days since side B. It was 259 days from Revival to Kamikaze, so judging by that pattern we’re definitely due one, which makes sense with all the hints.
Sep 26, 2021 The fact that Side B adds nothing to MTBMB to me just proves that theory anyway, even if it has a few good listens, it’s just nothing special. It’s some extras for the fans to tie them over to the next solo which is cool for him to do & should do it more often to be honest. So yeah, definitely on course for the next one, not too early at all.

Curious to see, if there is indeed a storm theme, how is it going to be used. That Fred Wreck post about the calm before the storm too
Sep 26, 2021 Side B is pretty good sonically, and I care about that a lot when it comes to Em nowadays. I want to enjoy the songs, I don't care how fast he rhymes or if he can rhyme every syllable, just give me something pleasing to hear.
Sep 26, 2021 I can't believe you just said that. Side B adds nothing to MTBMB? "Some extras for the fans"?. It goes from good to very good music, on some very good beats, great rapping, mixed by God. You didn't like it? It's fine, I don't have a problem with that. But I think you're belittling it a little too much.

Sep 26, 2021 So you don’t think it belongs as a Side B project? Do you not think Side A has more value with songs like Leaving Heaven (personal content), Darkness (social commentary), You Gon’ Learn (Bad Meets Evil), Yah Yah (Black Thought collab) & Lock it Up (Dre b-----r)? Even Premonition (straight rap) compared to the likes of Alfred Theme’s is second to none to me. Side A is mixed better than Side B, vocally especially, but I don’t have a problem with either on that front, they’re all a positive far cry from where the engineering has been. There’s a lot more lazy writing throughout Side B, it’s more of a mixtape than the 1st, it’s a B Side for a reason.
