Mar 26, 2024 It wasn't a misstep in that sense. It was actually one of the best things about the album. They're sister tracks, come at the end of the 'story' of the album, which are looking back and then Arose ties the whole theme in - he's on his deathbed, down and out, but then he 'arises', overcomes it... it's his personal revival, AND he had the balls to end on that poigniant note, wheras every other album he fkn has to ruin it by going 'ope, better go out on a high! leme add a s--- talking track after this!' It's the rest of the album which is a problem. But the placement n structure of those two songs was perfect.
