Apr 3, 2024 I’ve read so many takes regarding their discogs in the last couple days, sure it’s subjective and there will never be a consensus on the topic because overlap between the fanbases virtually does not exist, drake’s music and its appeal is much different from kendrick’s and discussing this results in nothing. To each their own, drake has some certified bops, but if you ask me I’d personally only put Take Care and If you’re reading this it’s too late in the classic category. I feel like his discog is so bloated and so are the last few albums when you look at them individually; whereas kendrick rarely drops anything, but when he does it feels like a special event in the scope of hiphop.
