I remember how Swimming was written off as an ok album because everyone was too busy listening to and raving about Astroworld until Mac died. Not a hater, I still love Astroworld but I think most of these rappers won't get their flowers when they're active in the game. Some only get their flowers after their death.

Wouldn't say it's turned in for certain however, 3 weeks have gone by since the Dre announcement / studio picture so I'd imagine the final touches are either just being put on or it'll be complete. As multiple people have pointed out however, there's the whole marketing side to be done / album covers etc. This may have been done during the album process and just needing to be finalised but again, nobody knows
