Apr 11, 2024 The fact that he praised Cole's current style of The Off-season where Cole goes full technical makes me believe Em will keep giving us songs about nothing like in the MTBMB era which sounded great but... I don't know if I want him to continue to just play with words and sounds... I guess he still treats rap like a sport competition first and foremost.

Because Kamikaze, and Side A n B were all... all consistent and sort of, not compromised in that way. And his sales dwindling, and his need to feel like the biggest (no matter what he says, I believe he does want to be the biggest, not just best).. label probably wants him to deliver that kind of thing now.
