Apr 17, 2024 Dude loves his craft too much. I can understand why he wants to quit after 10 films before he is washed up and releasing mediocre films. Since he loves it so much, I can also see him eventually getting inspired about it. Maybe he'll starting writing again after quitting and that'll be his fix.
Apr 17, 2024 I love these little beefs and cold wars that I know nothing about and existed before I was here like what's the deal with @Chaotic Progress and @BIG MONKEY ??? and when did the @Marsh and supsuck thing start
Apr 17, 2024 Yeah, he's basically made Rolling Thunder over n over again lmao. Rolling Thunder: Kung Fu! Rolling Thunder... in Nazi Occupied France! Rolling Thunder... in the Antebellum South! Lmao I'm just shittin' him. I love Tarantino's crazy a---, he's a freak genius of a writer and a mind. And his films. But, yeah, I watched Rolling Thunder for the first time probably about 6 months ago, just because he speaks so highly of it... was AIYT. I mean, and not just because it's from the 70s too, some of my favorite films are; much like how I felt the godfather was the most overrated f---ing movie I've ever seen in my life; it wasn't even top 3 gangster movies! (Goodfellas >>>>>), let alone the greatest movie EVER. s--- was so f---ing basic on many levels. But yeah Rolling Thunder... some great scenes, moments, I can see why he like it. But, I was kind of like 'THAT? THAT'S what fkn tarantino thinks is the greatest s--- ever... really?, aiyt'. And it's not like it's bad, obviously, it's a good movie, but... AIYT. Whilst we're on QT, let's rank his films! Ima go... 1. Pulp Fiction 2. Inglorious Basterds 3. Reservoir Dogs 4. Django Unchained 5. k--- Bill 6. Jackie Brown 7. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 8. Hateful Eight 9. Death Proof
Apr 17, 2024 If Eminem drops his album, those swifties would reluctantly listen to the album 50000 times and make it go no. 1 regardless. They would hate to see her "lose" to a "old grandpa".
Apr 17, 2024 1. Pulp Fiction 2. Inglorious Basterds 3. Django Unchained 4. k--- Bill 5. Hateful Eight 6. Reservoir Dogs 7. Once Upon A Time In Hollywood 8. Jackie Brown 9. Death Proof I'm gonna re-watch all of them soon, it's been a long time since I watched them.
Apr 17, 2024 Nothing really. His endless yakking in Wigger, awful takes, and general corniness just grind the f--- out of me. How this twat went unchecked all these years and was never run off when relatively inoffensive posters like trent and perry were systematically persecuted is a mystery to me.
Apr 17, 2024 Lmao. Goodfellas is hilarious, visceral, much stronger characters... a more interesting story. The only thing Godfather has going for it is the sort of, operatic quality; I can understand why people see it as this 'grand' thing, it sort of epitomizes that visually and in feel, the sort of 'big, rich, romantic Italian mob'. Goodfellas is much more true to life, much more entertaining. More interesting cinematically too, Scorsese does so many things in that movie with so many shots, so many moments. Also what's wrong with QT rankings, you rank Jackie Brown & Hollywood high?
Apr 17, 2024 It's a mystery to you because you're unable to separate personal dislike from fundamentals. The fact is I'm logical, and smart. And those guys probably were not. I have good intentions and analysis. Also most things are a mystery to you, because you're f---ing dumb.
Apr 17, 2024 I remember watching a clip from Family Guy about Peter not liking The Godfather. I feel like that rn haha. I ENJOYED watching Goodfellas. That felt lacking in Godfather. I recognise it's greatness but if I have to choose between Godfather and Goodfellas to watch rn, I would watch Goodfellas.
Apr 17, 2024 Bro that’s what I’m saying n----- I was in the gym reading the forum during my rest and this s--- pop up while I was talking to a girl idk if she saw it or not but man that n----- f----- me up on god
