Apr 26, 2024 Yall are absolutely delusional thinking this is going to be an actual concept album. Em has tried it in the past and fails everytime. Even Kamikaze couldn’t keep it all together in 10 tracks lol. f---ing Venom, Nice Guy, Bad Guy; all Kmart. MBDTF sides A and B also couldn’t keep the concept. Samples didn’t clear so they just slapped some songs together and called it good instead of taking the time to actually redo it and make it cohesive. Most have nothing to do with Murder or Alfred H. It’s unreal that Em is known as a perfectionist, yet releases half baked s--- except for Revival where he took his time like 5 years. It’ll have pop features like Revival (which I’m stoked for). 3-4 love/relationship songs (which I’m also stoked for). One of those will be about his “relationship” with the rap game per usual. There will be a one big “hit” where he raps turbo faster than Speedom (classic song imo). Finally there will be like 3 songs that fit the “theme” of the album. Opener and closer will be the two best songs which is predictable at this point. Album will be in between MMLP and SSLP for his worst album in his discography. It won’t top Revival’s sales or critical reception. Remember Revival was marketed as being “back with Doc” “pills” “prescription” “relapse” yet we got a beautifully crafted, politically charged album. So marketing doesn’t mean s---, but could work out in our favor if they pull another switcheroo like they did with Revival.
Apr 26, 2024 Minus One definitely. I expected a good movie but was blown away completely. In my top 5 there's also the 1954 original, Shin Godzilla, GMK and mentioned Godzilla versus Mechagodzilla 2. Vs.Destoryah is awesome two. I love how it ties to the original. I watched it a couple of days ago again actually.
Apr 26, 2024 That what my source told me as well, except I prefer Rick Rubin 100%. They made so many under appreciated classics. I do miss the rock samples. I know yall don’t; but those were fire.
Apr 26, 2024 If it has a scattered list of producers with sent in beats, and hasnt been worked on collectively by a small group of musicians then it already fails as a concept album imo.
