Apr 26, 2024 how does the Metro tweet have more likes and views than the actual album announcement itself
Apr 26, 2024 Cause ems team is dumb as h--- they should have put “THE DEATH OF A SLIM SHADY- the album- this summer.” Everyone probably think it’s some dumb a--- promotion thing like he usually does
Apr 26, 2024 Yeah it 100% is. n----s can quote numbers all they want... n----s, internet wasn't even big when lose yourself was around... If you ask the average 60 year old or play the song not afriad or love the way you lie... maybe 2/5 woulda heard it. You play lose yourself..n----- 10/10 people of eevry age group have heard it.
Apr 26, 2024 I finished most of season 1 months ago then completely forgot to keep watching the show until recently. Now I’m hooked again and on season 2 episode 3. I used to not be much of a tv show watcher but I’ve really been learning to value a great show when I see one. Shiv is becoming one of my fav characters
Apr 26, 2024 To be fair Eminem was actually a drugged out, insecure fuckboy in real life like The Weeknd character for a while there
Apr 26, 2024 It’s much easier for a show to keep my attention tbh. The episodic nature allows me to have easier stopping points if I get bored and wanna leave whereas I have to pay attention to a movie for like 2 hours or get lucky enough to find a good stopping point and take a break…
Apr 26, 2024 That is strange. Even his sobriety tweet has 3x the likes (which is deserved). I’m thinking it’s because it’s not a super obvious album announcement unless you watch the video. He’ll have time to convince the public he’s dropping though
Apr 26, 2024 I'm with @missing here that having DEATH in the title plus the link might be the problem
Apr 26, 2024 Plus shows allow deeper sub-plots, much stronger character development across the board & less structural standardising — unlike movies that have to stick to a rigid formula of beginning/middle/end. You can tell lately movies have been trying to push themselves out of the box to compete with shows but it’s ending up in 3+ hour snoozefests for the most part.
