Eminem was supposed to announce the album and present this single via broadcast on Shade 45 in the fall of 2009, but he canceled the announcement of the album literally at the last moment. Relapse 2 was officially announced on the same day as Relapse 1 and it wasn't a merch site, it was a official Universal Music website.
