May 18, 2024 MTBMB is a weird one for me. He clearly tried to go down a conceptual route with the Hitchcock stuff but didn't quite hit the mark. Like, it was an alright idea but I definitely agree with you, it could have been much more! A few 'dud' songs (Those Kinda Nights + Stepdad) but also a lot of really good ones too that are still in my rotation!

May 18, 2024 Sorry that happened to you dude, the way I used to look at that sorta stuff is that if the person will bail on you that easily they're not worth thinking about too much. It always sucks at first and for awhile you wonder what they're doing and s--- but then eventually you just wake up and you're like f--- it this isn't the end of the world. As much as it sucks right now, don't dwell too much on someone who will just cut you off like that. Also don't think of it as a you problem, people who will do that sorta thing typically do it to a lot more than just you, so even though you might be thinking negatively about yourself it's more than likely something she's done many times before.
